By buying from Viralio you accept these terms. In short: We deliver what you order, and you use it responsibly. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not buy. We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we note it here and change the date above.
We sell shoutouts and engagement for Instagram, followers, likes, views and comments. We do our best to deliver quickly and at high quality. But we cannot guarantee you will go viral or get 10x more customers. Our services help you look more credible and reach more people. The rest depends on your content. Delivery times are estimates. Sometimes it is faster, sometimes it takes a bit longer. We always write to you if there are delays.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include VAT where applicable. You pay via the methods we show on the site. Once payment is complete, you get a confirmation by email and we start delivering.
You are responsible for making your profile public, unless the package specifically works on private profiles. You are also responsible for following Instagram's rules. If you change your username after you have ordered, we cannot deliver. Write to us so we can help. We replace followers that drop off due to platform cleanups. But we cannot replace followers you block or remove yourself.
Do you have a subscription? You can cancel at any time. The subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Just email us at info@viralio.dk and we will stop it for you.
